Lekker spacious suite, and the staff? Ja, no, super friendly, especially the chommie at reception. The tuk-tuk service was a nice touch for getting to shops. Brekkie spread was great!

the staff were polite, but that’s the only positive. the room air conditioning barely worked, and it felt like I was suffocating. I thought I’d receive a complimentary upgrade due to my expectations, but a mere 'sorry' was all I got. breakfast? bland as cardboard and definitely not worth waking up for. what a letdown.

For a great start, consider using the laundry service to freshen up your clothes. it can help you feel more comfortable during your stay.

Our family felt truly appreciated during our stay, especially when the staff surprised us with a lovely cake to celebrate a birthday. Every request was met with a smile, and the room was both spacious and spotless.

The hotel is a bit out of the way from popular tourist spots, requiring a longer walk or a tuk-tuk ride to reach the main attractions.

It is a delightful property with spacious suites featuring stunning city views and impeccable cleanliness, and the friendly staff ensures a warm welcome throughout your stay.

The hotel is conveniently located close to several shopping options, and the complimentary tuk-tuk service is a great perk. the fitness center isn’t very impressive, and the outdated room furnishings leave a bit to be desired. a comfortable stay despite these drawbacks.

One of our showers had a really terrible shower head , but the other bathroom was great, so it didn't ruin our overall experience.

We enjoyed our stay in a two-bedroom suite which was not only spacious but also impeccably clean. The breakfast offered a delightful selection that kept us satisfied every morning, especially the fresh fruits and pastries. The complimentary tuk-tuk service made our trips to the nearby BTS and MRT stations a breeze, and Mr Owen truly stood out with his warm and professional service. an improvement could be made in the variety of breakfast options.

The suite was spacious and luxurious, providing excellent amenities including two swimming pools and a well-equipped business center that facilitated my work needs efficiently. The staff allowed for a late checkout without any charges, which was greatly appreciated during my busy schedule.

The pool area was crowded and lacked the atmosphere shown in pictures, making it feel less inviting, and breakfast was disappointing enough that we opted to eat out after our first morning. there was only one compatible power outlet for standard chargers in the room, forcing that awkward plug swapping more than necessary.
